Is QUIX Finance really free?

Yes! QUIX Finance is completely free to use. We plan to earn money through affiliate partnerships when you apply for recommended products - but only if you choose to. We'll always be transparent about which recommendations are sponsored.

Is my financial data secure?

Absolutely. We use bank-level 256-bit AES encryption for all your data. Your bank credentials are handled directly by Plaid - we never see or store them. We never sell your financial data. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.

How do I connect my bank accounts?

During onboarding (or anytime in Settings), tap "Link Account" to connect through Plaid. We support thousands of financial institutions. You'll authenticate directly with your bank - we never see your login credentials.

Will checking recommendations affect my credit score?

No. Viewing our credit card recommendations doesn't affect your credit score at all. However, if you decide to apply for a card, the card issuer may perform a soft or hard credit inquiry as part of their application process.

Is the AI coach giving me financial advice?

Our AI coach provides educational information and insights based on your financial data, but it's not a substitute for professional financial advice. For major financial decisions, we recommend consulting a qualified financial advisor, tax professional, or attorney.

How do I delete my account and data?

You can delete your account anytime from Profile > Delete Account. This will permanently remove all your data from our systems within 90 days. You can also email [email protected] to request data deletion.

The app isn't loading my accounts - what should I do?

Try these steps: (1) Pull down to refresh, (2) Check your internet connection, (3) Go to Settings > Linked Accounts and re-authenticate with your bank. If the issue persists, email us at [email protected] with your device model and a description of the problem.
